What We Do
We are a professional and affordable HR Service.
Our goal is to support small to medium sized businesses which might alternatively go either without adequate HR support or have to engage the services of other more costly legal practitioners or consultants.
We pride ourselves on technically excellent advice, tailored to the circumstances of individuals and businesses. We take a pragmatic approach and deliver our advice in a way which can be understood by all with no technical or legal jargon.
We are adaptable; we succeed in supporting senior and experienced business leaders, as well as coaching new managers who might be handling a HR matter for the first time.
We support business start-ups to larger, more established organisations.
We can help set up HR departments or work on ad hoc projects, such as research or a specific project.

Our History
We were established in February 2020, just prior to the COVID 19 pandemic, which was a busy and interesting but challenging time for all.
We very successfully supported several businesses, including two hospitality businesses, through closure, Furlough, the Corona Virus Job Retention Scheme and reopening.
